Information we store

QuoteFlow stores account details, company and customer records, quote content, uploaded documents, activity history, and contact form submissions. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Google sign-in, when configured, supplies verified account identity.

How information is used

Information supports sign-in, quoting workflows, collaboration, administration, and responses to inquiries. Uploaded documents are linked to quotes. Workspace access is restricted by company membership and role; authorized platform administrators can access records for support and testing.

Service providers

The platform uses hosted database and object storage services. When configured, Google handles OAuth authentication and an email provider delivers contact notifications. The evaluation build uses simulated billing, vendor pricing, and exchange rates.

Retention and requests

Company data remains in the account until removed through an authorized administrative process. Contact the operator using the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion. Do not upload sensitive production data during evaluation.

Cookies

Essential cookies maintain authenticated sessions and protect OAuth sign-in. Interface preferences may use a sidebar cookie. These are required for the relevant features to function.
